Steady Start, Strong Finish Sadie Allen demonstrated a remarkable performance in her 10K race, finishing with an official time of 44:16 and an overall pace of 7:08 min/mile. Throughout the race, her pace showed impressive consistency, particularly in the first two miles, both clocked at 7:12 min/mile. This solid start positioned her well, and by the halfway mark, she completed three miles in 21:49 with a slight variation in her splits, showcasing her endurance and strategy. In the latter stages, she managed to pick up the pace, displaying competitiveness with mile five at 6:58 and mile six at 6:57, her fastest of the race. She finished strong, advancing her standings significantly to 104th among females by mile six. Continuing to refine her pace deficit from mile three will further enhance her racing strategy.
