Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Caroline Brown from Waltham, MA, participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women representing the Waltham Trail Runners team. She showed consistent improvement in her splits, starting with a 12:24 min/mile pace at mile 1, and progressively increasing speed to a 10:20 min/mile pace by mile 6.
