Consistent Pacing and Progress Michiko Hattori maintained a consistent pace with an overall average of 10:52 min/mile in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting strong, her first mile was completed in 10:33. Her splits shows a slight decrease in pace, moving from a 10:33 min/mile at the beginning to a 11:15 min/mile by the final mile. Interestingly, her placement overall improved from 2829 at the start to 1852 by the end. It's noticeable that Michiko made significant progress in terms of overall placement throughout the event. She moved up by over 900 positions from her initial standing. Focusing on consistent transitions between each mile could further enhance future performances. A noteworthy aspect of her run in the F40-49 division is an upward movement, placing 324th by the conclusion. This demonstrates her ability to keep pushing forward as the race progressed.
