Consistent Mid-Pace Momentum Tiffany Bolyard maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting strong with an opening mile of 7:35, Tiffany managed to progressively improve her position, reaching as high as 192nd overall by the end of mile six. Her overall race pace averaged at 7:41 min/mile with an official time of 47:43. Of note was her most consistent mile, mile two, clocking in at 7:24, indicating a well-managed energy strategy early in the race. Her performance saw minor fluctuations in pace, with her slowest mile being mile five at 7:56. Despite this, she efficiently closed her race in a competitive 246th place overall out of 5663 participants.
