Progressive Pacing and Strong Finish Jackie Liu demonstrated consistent improvement throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, ultimately completing the distance in 1:11:04. Starting with a pace of 12:31 min/mile in the first mile, Jackie progressively increased her speed with each subsequent mile. Notably, she achieved her fastest split pace of 10:50 min/mile in the sixth mile, an excellent demonstration of pacing strategy. Her progress through the race's segments is highlighted by her overall placing improvement from 3977 at the first mile to 3274 at the finish, an impressive gain of 703 positions. Jackie's consistent drop in pacing times across each split is commendable. One aspect to examine could be the slight placement change in the final split, as she initially gained a significant number of spots but saw a small decrease at the finish. Continuing to focus on late-race stamina may further enhance her standings next time.
