Steady Start, Needs Consistency in Middle Splits Alexis Chilinski completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a time of 1:10:57 and an average pace of 11:26 min/mile. She maintained a steady start with a split time of 9:40 in her first mile. Her pace sustained well into the second mile, clocking a slightly faster 9:30 split. However, her pace dropped after the second mile, which indicates an area to focus on for improvement in consistency. During miles three to five, Alexis experienced a slowdown, notably running her slowest mile in the fifth, at a 13:15 pace. She managed to slightly recover in mile six with a 12:47 pace. Moving forward, she can work on maintaining the pace achieved in the first two miles to sustain her potential benefits throughout the race.
