Consistent Pace Achievement Lauren maintained a great consistency in her pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, completing the race with an elapsed time of 50:55 and an average pace of 8:12 min/mile over 6.2 miles. Her excellent pacing is evident as her splits show minimal variation, with the fastest split being the fourth mile completed in 8:10 min/mile. Her first mile was completed in 8:16, and she managed to slightly quicken her pace thereafter. Lauren began strong, starting at 146th place overall, and notably maintained a consistent performance despite some fluctuations in placement finishing in 463rd place in a large field of 5,663 participants. Within her division, she secured 63rd position. One area for focused improvement could be maintaining pace between the 5th and 6th mile, where a slight slowdown was observed, though it rebounded well by the race's end.
