Consistent Effort and Strong Finish Paula Metivier maintained a steady effort throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. She completed the course in 1:37:58 with an overall pace of 15:48 min/mile. Her split times reflect a consistent pace, notably improving in the latter stages of the race. From the 4th mile, Paula noticeably picked up her pace with a faster split of 15:34 min/mile and closed strong with a 15:30 min/mile in the 5th mile. Starting at an elapsed pace of 15:50 min/mile, there was a consistent improvement, culminating in overtaking over 1,000 participants by the final mile. The data shows her final position in the F70-79 division was 31st out of 42 participants. Considering her age group, she displayed admirable endurance and adaptability.
