Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Eliza maintained a very consistent pace throughout the Boston 10K for Women, finishing with an overall time of 51:13 and an average pace of 8:15 per mile. Her split times varied slightly, with her fastest mile at 8:02 during the second mile. Eliza's ability to sustain her pace saw her improve her placement throughout the race, moving from 469th to 350th position overall by the final mile. This consistent pacing strategy contributed to her competitive standing in both her overall and age division results. In the F30-39 division, Eliza finished 144th, and her performance peaked as she climbed the ranks from 139th after the first mile to 103rd by the last. While her overall placement fluctuated, her acceleration in the second mile and the gain in places by the finish line showcase her potential and strong finishing power. Joining her efforts with "Miles with Michelle," she demonstrated effective teamwork and pacing execution.
