Consistent Performance with Strategic Improvements Megan Ludwig showed consistency in her 10K race performance, maintaining a steady pace with minimal variations. Starting strong with a 10:34 minute per mile in the first split, Megan's pace gradually increased to 11:51 by the sixth mile. Her overall pace for the race was 11:31 min/mile, finishing the 6.2-mile course in 1:11:24. Despite a slight slowdown from the initial mile, she demonstrated resilience and managed to maintain an efficient stride throughout. Megan consistently improved her position after the third mile, moving up from 3,156th place overall to 2,178th. Her strongest performance was in the fifth mile, where she achieved a split time of 11:37, improving her standing in her division to 869th. One area to focus on is maintaining momentum in the middle segments of the race, potentially adjusting strategy to include more even-paced efforts for a strong finish.
