Consistent Pace Improvement Katy Saladin demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, finishing in a time of 1:06:31. Most notably, she showed significant improvement in her pace from the start to the finish. Katy's initial mile was completed at a 10:59 min/mile pace, but she improved this to 10:43 min/mile by the end of the race. Her ability to gradually accelerate resulted in her overall ranking moving up, finishing in 2680th place out of 5663 participants. Katy's best split was recorded between miles five and six, where she completed the mile in 10:12. This split was the turning point in her race, showing power and determination as she pushed through the latter stages. In the division category F20-29, Katy advanced from 1042nd to 994th place. Keep working on sustaining that strong pace throughout even longer stretches to see further personal bests in future races. Great job, Katy!
