Steady Progress and Strong Finish Pascale Carbonara completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a final time of 1:05:31, averaging a pace of 10:34 min/mile. Notable improvements were made after the initial few miles. Starting at an 11:06 min/mile pace, Pascale managed to improve upon this by maintaining a consistent pace below 10:50 min/mile from mile 3 onward. Her strongest mile was the fourth, marked by an impressive split pace of 9:48 min/mile. Among her division (F50-59), Pascale improved her placing from 276 at the mile 1 mark to finishing 204th out of a total of 5563 participants. Her improvement in placement was notable, especially moving up significantly from 2992 in overall placement initially to 2514 at the finish.
