Steady Progress Throughout the Race Anna Foster demonstrated balanced pacing during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Beginning with a consistent 9:52-minute mile at the first split, Anna maintained her pace nearly evenly for the subsequent two miles. Her 5K split was completed in around 29:47, which set a solid foundation for the rest of the race. From mile four onwards, Anna achieved negative splits, ending with a strong closing mile at a 9:19-minute pace. She progressively improved her overall placing from 1822 at the third mile to 1075 by the finish, showing a commendable boost in pace and endurance. Finishing with a total time of 59:47, Anna can aim to further enhance her endurance and pacing consistency to target even better placements in future events.
