Consistent Performance With Strong Mid-Race Pick Up Sarah Wentz effectively demonstrated pace consistency and adaptation throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with an 11:56 min/mile pace, she quickly adjusted, shaving time off her splits by the second mile where she clocked an impressive 11:16 min/mile pace. Her mid-race performance, especially the 5th mile, was noteworthy, as she managed her fastest split of 10:45 min/mile, showcasing an ability to push through and accelerate when many tend to slow. Her final elapsed time was a respectable 1:10:53, resulting in an average pace of 11:26 min/mile. Among participants, Sarah secured 3258th overall and 553rd within her division (F40-49).
