Consistent Progress Through the Course Sarah Klett completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an overall time of 1:35:42, averaging a pace of 15:26 min/mile. Starting strong, her initial mile was completed in 14:15. As the race progressed, her splits showed slight increases in time, with the second mile taking 14:52 and the third at 16:55. Despite these incremental time increases, she demonstrated notable recovery in mile four, achieving a split time of 16:20 and ranking 149th in her division here. Throughout the race, Sarah maintained a consistent effort, particularly from mile four to mile six. Her split paces became steadier, ending with mile six completed in 15:40. Notable is her overall improvement in placement for mile four compared to her overall performance. As a suggestion, focusing on thirds of the race, a strong start and recovery during the latter stages, could enhance even distribution for future races. Keep up the forward momentum!
