Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Cathy Pappalardo from Seabrook, NH, demonstrated consistent pacing throughout her 10K at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her splits showed a solid start, opening with a 16:21 minute/mile pace for the first mile, and progressively improving her pace to 15:54 minute/mile by the fourth mile. She maintained an overall pace of 16:07 minute/mile for the entire race. Notable improvements were seen in her position, especially in her division (F60-69), where she advanced from 253rd at the first mile to finish 190th by the end of the race. This trend suggests strength and endurance, particularly in the latter stages of the race.
