Consistent Pacing with Strong Finish Regina Gomes maintained an overall consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her average pace settled at 10:35 min/mile, which is commendable for a 10K. Notably, she demonstrated improved positioning in the latter half of the race, particularly by the 4th mile where she advanced her position to 2386 overall. The first mile clocked in at a pace of 10:42 min/mile, and it was encouraging to see Regina manage a slightly faster pace during the second mile at 10:26 min/mile. While the 6th mile recorded her slowest split at 10:49 min/mile, her final overall time of 1:05:41 shows a strong, steady effort across the race. As a part of Sammys clan, her performance would benefit from maintaining the early mile paces in the later stages to gain more positions in future events.
