Consistent Pace Throughout the Race Amy Lowe from Foxboro, MA, performed consistently during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her splits show a steady increase in pace from the start to the end, beginning with a 12:07 min/mile at the first mile and finishing with an overall pace of 13:04 min/mile. Her total time was 1:21:03 over the 6.2-mile course. Notably, Amy maintained a very consistent performance, with only slight variations between her splits. Examining each mile split, her pace showed incremental increases, with the biggest slowdown occurring between miles 4 and 5, where she recorded a split pace of 13:57 min/mile. Despite this, she recovered admirably and finished with a strong overall ranking.
