Steady Progress with Consistent Pacing Sharman Nathanson participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, representing the Healthworks team. Over the 6.2-mile distance, her pacing remained notably consistent, averaging a pace of 12:41 min/mile. Her split times ranged from 12:04 min/mile to 13:23 min/mile, and she demonstrated impressive steadiness, particularly between miles one and two where the pace was 12:12 and 12:08 min/mile respectively. One highlight of the race was her performance improvement in the latter half. At the 5-mile mark, Sharman improved to 16th place in her division, an advance of 4 positions compared to the first three miles.
