Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Rachel McBurney demonstrated consistency and strategic pacing in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with a solid 10:01 min/mile pace in the first mile, she maintained a steady rhythm, progressively improving her pace in the latter part of the race. Notably, her fastest mile was the 4th, with a 9:47 min/mile pace, showing a strong push in the middle segment of the race. Rachel completed the 10K in 1:01:19, maintaining an impressive average pace of 9:53 min/mile. Her performance improved her overall placement from 1937 at the beginning to 1856 by the end. This indicates effective race strategy and endurance management.
