Consistent Pace Growth Laura Chavanne from Boston demonstrated consistent improvement throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with a pace of 9:30 min/mile in the first mile, she progressively quickened her pace, achieving an impressive 8:20 min/mile by the sixth mile. Her overall pace for the race was 8:52 min/mile. Remarkably, by the final mile, Laura advanced 681 places from her position at the 1-mile mark. Within her division (F40-49), she improved her position as well, moving up 138 places from the end of the first mile to the finish line.
