Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Erika demonstrated considerable consistency in her split times during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her overall time was 51:37, maintaining a steady average pace of 8:19 min/mile over 6.2 miles. Notably, her second mile was her fastest, clocking in at 7:55 min/mile, showing potential for further improvements in early race pacing strategies. Maintaining a consistent pace for the majority of the race, Erika notably improved her overall standing in the race after the 5th mile, finishing strong in her division. With a slight dip in speed during the third mile, adjusting mid-race tactics could facilitate even better placement.
