Consistent Division Performance Showcased in Boston 10K Harry Tsai demonstrated admirable consistency at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting strong with a first-mile pace of 11:28 min/mile, he maintained similar pacing through the first three miles. Although there was a slight dip in pace in the latter half, with mile splits increasing to 11:54, 12:09, and finally 12:31 min/mile, his strategic approach aided in achieving a commendable division ranking. What truly stands out is his performance in the M50-59 division, where he seamlessly moved up from fifth to first, showcasing effective pacing strategy. As a coach, I suggest focusing on maintaining the early-mile consistency through the entire course to improve overall time. Ending the race in a solid position overall and placing commendably in his division highlights his potential for future races. Well done!
