Steady Pace and Strong Finish in the 10K Bridget McGraw delivered a consistent performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, maintaining a steady pace and demonstrating notable progress throughout the race. Starting with a 9:30 min/mile pace in the first mile, she managed to gradually increase her speed, closing the race with an impressive split of 8:47 min/mile in the final mile. Her overall pace settled at 8:59 min/mile, enabling her to complete the race in 55:44. Noteworthy is her advancement through the ranks, especially in the F50-59 division, where she moved up from 82nd to 56th place. Consistency in pacing from the second mile and an exceptional performance in the fourth and fifth miles played a crucial role.
