Consistent Effort and Strong Finish Alexis Dirk maintained a consistent performance throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her splits for the first two miles were very consistent, with a slight increase in pace from 12:19 min/mile to 12:23 min/mile. The third and fourth mile splits showed a slight slowdown, pacing at 13:59 and 13:55 min/mile respectively, but she managed to regain some consistency in the final miles. The fifth and sixth miles saw a pace increase, landing at 15:20 min/mile and 15:01 min/mile respectively. Alexis completed the 10K with an overall time of 1:25:14, averaging a pace of 13:44 min/mile. Her performance improved during the latter stages of the race, which is reflected by her finish in the top half of her division, placing 765th among her peers in the F30-39 division during the final split. Continuing to work on sustaining pace in the middle portions of the race could lead to further improvements.
