Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Jackie Antreasian maintained impressive pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. She completed the 10K with a total time of 55:42 and an average pace of 8:59 per mile. Starting with a pace of 9:33 for the first mile, she made significant progress by reducing her pace in each subsequent mile. Her fastest split was between miles 3 and 4, clocking in at 8:49. This consistent improvement shows a well-executed race strategy. Jackie's overall position improved notably from 1378 at the first mile to 974 by the end of the race. Notably, her division rank in the F40-49 category increased from 234 to 153 by the sixth mile. This progression reflects both her endurance and strategic pacing. For future races, continuing to work on pacing strategies and maintaining consistent speed throughout the course could lead to even more substantial improvements.
