Consistent Early Pace, Strong Finish! Beth Bresnahan displayed a steady performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Through the first two miles, she maintained a consistent pace of 9:10 per mile, which contributed to a strong start. Her third and fourth miles saw a slight decrease in speed, pacing 9:32 and 10:14, respectively. Despite these increasing times, Beth managed to complete the 10K with a solid elapsed time of 1:00:46. Her overall pace averaged out to 9:48 per mile. Beth's finish placed her 127th in the F50-59 division, among a total of 5663 participants. There was a visible decrease in pace from the initial 9:10 to 10:29 in the later miles. Focusing on maintaining her early tempo in future races might yield even better results. Her ability to finish strong, when her pace stabilized during the final stages, reflects her resilience and commitment.
