Consistent Pacing Across Splits Catherine demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 10K race, finishing with an elapsed time of 1:40:53 and an average pace of 16:16 min/mile. Catherine's splits were notably steady, varying only slightly per mile. Beginning with a 15:52 min/mile pace in the first mile, she maintained a similar pace through to the fourth mile, with only slight variations in seconds. Towards the end of the race, Catherine's pace slowed slightly to 16:50 min/mile by the sixth mile. Catherine finished 504th in the F50-59 division out of her fellow age group participants. With the consistency displayed, focusing on maintaining a strong pace in the final miles could lead to improved race results. Excellent job maintaining consistent splits across the race distance!
