Steady Progression and Strong Finish in 10K Allie Castro demonstrated a consistent increase in pace over the course of the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Beginning with a starting pace of 12:06 min/mile, Allie managed to consistently improve each mile, concluding with a pace of 11:20 min/mile by the sixth mile. Her overall pace for the event was 11:46 min/mile, illustrating strategic pacing across the distance. Significantly, Allie improved her placement within her division, moving up from 1008th at the first mile marker to 900th at the five-mile mark, before finally placing 958th by the end of the race. Her efforts underscored a strategic approach, with attention to pacing placing her ahead in many aspects.
