Consistent Pace with Strategic Improvements Bridget Swezey delivered a commendable performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her overall time of 1:00:18 reflected an average pace of 9:43 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. Splitting each mile strategically, she maintained a consistent pace with minimal fluctuation. The initial mile was her fastest at 9:19 min/mile, showing a solid start, while her pace during the fourth mile noted a decrease with a 10:23 min/mile split, indicating potential areas for pacing strategy adjustment. Notably, Bridget achieved an encouraging progression in her division standing, moving from 31st to 24th in the F15-19 category. Despite a temporary dip in placement during miles two through four, her determination is evident with a strong finish, climbing back up in her division and overall rankings. Training focus on maintaining pace through mile four could further enhance her performance. Overall, her commitment as part of the Girls on the Run Greater Boston team was clearly demonstrated.
