Consistent Effort and Strong Finish Becky Ludford maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, showcasing her commitment in the F50-59 division. Starting smoothly, she clocked a consistent pace of 11:30 min/mile over the first mile. The second mile saw a slight decrease in pace to 11:31 min/mile, reflecting a stable and concerted effort. Although Mile 3 had a slight dip with a 12:45 min/mile pace, Becky continued with her strategy and recalibrated well in subsequent miles. Notably, Becky demonstrated significant resilience in her final mile, achieving her fastest overall position improvement.
