Impressive Pace Management Across the Distance Emma Young showcased a commendable performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a final time of 53:17 and an average pace of 8:35 min/mile. She demonstrated consistency in her pacing, starting with an 8:43 min/mile pace for the first mile and gradually increasing her pace, finishing strong with an impressive 8:06 min/mile split in the final mile.
