She showed a steady performance throughout the race, particularly excelling in the latter half. Her overall placement was 3101 out of 5663 participants. Notably, Kaitlen made significant strides between miles 4 and 5, moving up 676 places in the overall ranking. Analyzing her splits, Kaitlen demonstrated improved pacing at the second mile with an 11:06 min/mile split, which helped her move up in placement starting from the 5K mark. The split was repeated effectively in the fifth mile before she settled back to a consistent 11:16 min/mile by the end.
