Steady Improvement Across Splits Maryam Yamadi demonstrated notable consistency in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with an 11:10 min/mile pace in the first mile, she progressively increased her speed, achieving her fastest pace of 10:28 min/mile during the second mile. Throughout the race, Maryam exhibited impressive pace management, maintaining a sub-11-minute per mile average for most of it. She completed the 10K with a final time of 1:09:32 and an overall pace of 11:12 min/mile. Despite some fluctuations in her split times, Maryam showed resilience, finishing strong and improving her positioning significantly around mile 4, where she moved up to 1,991st overall. This resulted in a significant jump in rank across all categories at that point in the race. To enhance performance, focusing on maintaining pace during the later stages could be beneficial.
