Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Amy maintained a consistent and steadily improving pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her most notable improvement came between miles one and two, where she improved her pace from 11:32 min/mile to 10:54 min/mile. This consistent pacing strategy helped her race pace improve incrementally with each mile marker, eventually achieving a final pace of 10:51 min/mile by mile six. Finishing with a total time of 1:08:40 and an average pace of 11:04 min/mile, she placed 265th in the F50-59 division. Her performance was marked by strategic pacing, as seen in the notable reduction of overall rankings from 3362nd at the first mile to 1958th by the end.
