Consistent Performance with a Steady Pace Ryann McNamara maintained a remarkably consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her overall elapsed time was an impressive 1:11:03, completing the 6.2-mile course with an average pace of 11:27 min/mile. Notably, Ryann showcased her consistent pacing in the first two miles, clocking in at 11:18 min/mile for each mile, which helped her find a solid rhythm early on. This consistency laid a strong foundation for the rest of the race. In the latter part of the race, Ryann demonstrated resilience by improving her split times after a slight dip in mile three, where her pace was 12:09 min/mile. She quickly recovered, hitting 11:30 min/mile in the fourth mile and further pushing to finish the last two miles with solid times of 11:17 min/mile. Focusing on maintaining that momentum could further enhance future performances. Ryann has a good base to build from moving forward.
