Steady Pace and Strong Finish Kristen demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the Boston 10K for Women. Starting strong with a 9:17-minute mile, she maintained a steady pace with slight variations, finishing with an overall time of 1:03:41 and an average pace of 10:16 min/mile. Notably, her pacing was consistent with some fluctuation, including a notable split at mile 4 that reached a 12:11-minute pace. Looking at split times, her fastest mile was the initial one, showing a promising start. Despite a challenging spot in the fourth mile, Kristen recalibrated and returned to a more consistent pace in the final mile with a split time of 9:30.
