Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Alison Arnstein from Chestnut Hill, MA, at age 61, participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, completing the race with a time of 1:04:56 and an average pace of 10:28 min/mile. Despite a fluctuation in split times, she notably managed to maintain consistency throughout the race. Her fastest split time was during the second mile at 10:08 min/mile, demonstrating a strong early pace. After experiencing a slight slow down during miles three and four, Alison showed resilience by regaining momentum in the final miles. Notably, her placement improved over the course of the race, reflecting her sustained effort and strategic pacing.
