Consistent Pace and Steady Progression Pam Niezgoda maintained a remarkably consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting from mile one with a time of 12:21, Pam improved her pace to 12:04 on mile two, indicative of focused effort and a good start to gain ground. The overall average pace was 12:21 min/mile, with a finish time of 1:16:40 for the 10K event. Her stability in pacing is commendable, contributing to her progress in positions throughout the race. Throughout the course, Pam's pacing remained fairly balanced. Although there was a slight slowdown to 12:36 in mile three, she quickly regained consistency with 12:19 on miles four and five. This ability to recover and maintain steady pacing is a positive aspect of her race strategy. Ending in the positions of 3790th overall and 379th in her age division (F50-59), she demonstrated endurance. Future focus might be placed on sustaining the pace improvements observed in mile two.
