Consistent Pacing and Stellar Division Finish Shine Lynn Smith showcased remarkable consistency in her performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Through each mile, Lynn maintained an impressive pace, starting at 8:03 for the first mile and gradually increasing speed to end the 10K with an average pace of 7:42 min/mile. Her strong mid-race paces, clocking a fast 7:32 min/mile in mile 4, significantly improved her positioning, culminating in a notable 2nd place finish in the F50-59 division at mile 6. Competing among a field of 5,663 participants, Lynn maintained a strong focus, culminating in an overall time of 47:47. Her steady strategy enabled her to tighten rankings throughout the event, finishing 7th in her division.
