Consistent Pacing and Steady Finish in the 10K Catherine Keating demonstrated consistent pacing during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with a 12:47 pace in her first mile, she maintained a steady rhythm throughout the race, finishing in 1:39:26, with an average pace of 16:02 per mile. Notably, Catherine maintained a strategic approach, shedding positions in the initial miles but gaining them back towards the end, evident by improving her overall placement from 4266 at mile 3 to 3153 by the race's end. Analyzing split times reveals potential strategies for future races.
