Consistent Progress and Strong Finish Livia Rizzo, representing the Women's Foundation of Massachusetts, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 1:06:53, holding an average pace of 10:47 min/mile. Demonstrating resilience, Livia showed consistent progress, managing to continually improve her pacing from 11:39 min/mile in the first mile to an impressive 9:53 min/mile in the sixth mile. Her significant improvement in pace from the first mile to the last is indicative of a strong pacing strategy and endurance. Notably, Livia's split between miles five and six was particularly commendable, where she achieved one of her fastest segments at 9:55 and 9:53 min/mile respectively.
