Consistent Improvements Throughout the Race Eva Cirelli displayed a steady progression during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, with notable performance improvements in the latter half of the race. Starting strong, her first mile clocked in at 19:01, ranking her 106th in the F60-69 division. Despite experiencing a slight slowdown in the second mile (20:18 min/mile), Eva strategically picked up her pace with a significantly faster 16:58 min/mile split in the third mile. Her pacing strategy continued to pay off as she managed to maintain a pace under 18:00 min/mile in the subsequent miles, finishing with an overall race pace of 18:18 min/mile. Her final position in the F60-69 division was 267th out of the entire field of 5663 participants. While her early splits suggest a careful start, increasing the initial pace could potentially enhance her division ranking further. As part of the Phenomenal Women of Phillips Academy, Eva represented her team with a solid performance.
