Her splits demonstrate steady improvement, beginning with a 12:54 min/mile in the first mile and progressively enhancing to 12:21 min/mile by the sixth mile. Starting at the 11th position in her division, F70-79, Beatrice experienced minor fluctuations, observing a drop to 25th place by the second mile but closing strongly at 19th. Particularly commendable is her ability to regain and maintain better position through the latter miles, finishing the race with an overall pace of 12:32 min/mile. Emphasizing a more aggressive start could help to secure a better position early on. Nonetheless, her ability to adjust pacing positively influenced her performance.
