Notably, she progressed significantly in her division, moving from 431st to 306th place in the F50-59 age division. Olena demonstrated commendable consistency across the splits, with her fastest mile being the third, clocking in at 13:13 min/mile. Her placement improved substantially as the race progressed. By Mile 5, she reached a high of 309th place in her division, and ultimately finished 423rd. Focusing on maintaining her split times close to her average pace helped her improve throughout the race. To further enhance her performance, Olena could work on maintaining the pace consistency she demonstrated in Mile 3 across all miles. Additionally, adjusting her speed in the latter part of the race can optimize her overall time and placement.
