Impressive Consistency and Endurance Shine Alexander Dmytruk, a 13-year-old from Boston, showcased impressive consistency throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. He maintained a strong pace with the first mile at 9:17 min/mile and improved slightly in the second mile to 9:13 min/mile. Despite a slowdown in the middle section, where the third split was clocked at 11:22 min/mile, Alexander demonstrated determination by picking up the pace again to finish with a final mile split of 9:55 min/mile. He completed the 10K with a total time of 1:05:26, maintaining an overall pace of 10:33 min/mile, placing him 2nd in his division M1-14. While his pacing during the third and fourth miles could refine his performance consistency, his ability to recover and finish strong is commendable. Continuing to work on maintaining a steady pace throughout the entirety of the race will undoubtedly enhance his future performances.
