Consistent Performance and Strong Finish Spencer Sborov maintained a commendable pace throughout the 2026 Capital City Marathon. Spencer advanced rapidly during the third mile, moving up from 32nd to 16th place overall. His pace remained largely consistent between 7:20 and 7:32 min/mile for the majority of the race, with an impressive peak pace of 7:14 min/mile at mile 9.
