Consistent Pace and Division Success! Jarron Ransford ran a strong race in the 2026 Capital City Half Marathon, finishing with a total time of 1:15:46 and an average pace of 5:47 minutes per mile. Initially, he maintained a steady pace between 5:34 and 5:36 for the first five miles, showing consistency. Notably, Ransford held the lead in his division from the outset, particularly excelling in the second mile where he held first place in the M20-24 division with a split time of 5:34.
