Notably, Krystal's consistency shone in the latter half of the race where her pace remained steady, with splits consistently clocking around the 13:00 min/mile mark. The race started strong, with an impressive first mile completed in 11:29. A particular highlight was in the final stretches where Krystal picked up the pace, finishing mile 12 at 12:32 and mile 13 at 12:24 min/mile.
