Steady Progression with a Strong Finish Casey Weinman demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2026 Eugene Half Marathon. Starting off at a 6:37 min/mile pace, Casey significantly improved by Mile 2, clocking a 6:28 min/mile. Notably, from Mile 4 to Mile 11, he maintained an impressive 6:19 min/mile or faster, highlighting his endurance and strategic pacing. In the latter stages, Casey's performance peaked, especially with a remarkable 5:40 min/mile split in the final mile. His overall elapsed time was 1:21:48, solidifying his position as 7th in his M35-39 division out of many competitors. Amidst a field of 5,458 participants, placing 90th overall and 65th among males is commendable. With consistent pacing and a remarkable finish, Casey showcased endurance and speed.
